These plates are in many forms, i.e., acrylic, gel and stick-on plates and comply with British Standards for the conveyances of Road Number Plates (BSAU 145e). They are built to encourage the use of eco-friendly vehicles and can be applied to all of them, such as battery-electric cars, zero-emission vans, motorcycles, and buses. The green number plates were introduced by the Department for Transport and are compulsory for all-electric vehicles from 2035, and will comply with the DVLA criteria.

 

Can I customize my EV Number Plate?
